EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL
The pride of Milord's agricultural production is the Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
November is the month of the harvest and during which we witness the birth of one of the most genuine products of the Mediterranean diet, Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
The cultivation of olive trees enriches all our lands, while the pressing, strictly cold, is carried out at the mills we collaborate with.
Production is limited because we have chosen not to use any type of chemical treatment, mainly working on quality over quantity.
HONEY
Ours is a genuine honey still made following the teachings of our grandparents. It is produced in collaboration with a beekeeper friend who produces it with natural, chemicals-free techniques, which fully embrace the values that distinguish the Milord Philosophy.
VEGETABLES AND JAMS
The love for the land makes us grow products at km0. During the tourist season, breakfasts are enriched with products from our garden: tomatoes, cucumbers, eggplants, courgettes and much more. Just like with the olive oil, the quantity is limited, because it was decided not to use any type of chemical treatment, working on quality over quantity.
